Simpatica Dining Hall + Bushwhacker Ciders (PDX)

A reservation made months ahead of time turned out to be on the evening of a special cider-themed collaboration with Bushwhacker Cider. How fortunate.

    How fortunate indeed. I’d love to attend a dinner with cider pairings. I much prefer the stuff to wine or beer and that sounds like a terrific menu. Love your blog name by the way.
