Moroccan Dinner Party

Inspired by a recent vacation in Morocco, we made dinnerĀ for a group of friends (and, as with Iceland, ended up going a bit overboard with food).

Beets with cumin, carrot and orange blossom salad, pepper-tomato jam, eggplant zaalouk:
